Placing an order on Goalsetterdirect.com is easy. Just follow these simple steps.

Finding Products

By using the navigational menu on the left-hand side of the page, you can browse Goalsetterdirect.com by type of product. For example: If you would like a goal that you would cement in the ground, choose in-ground systems. From there choose from our Signature, Extreme or Tournament series line of basketball goals, then you can choose a particular system in that line of goals. You can also search for a specific item by using the "search" box, located in the upper left-hand corner of each store page. Another great tool is our “Configure your own” option. This feature allows you to configure your own system based on your own personal preference. The “Configure your Own” tool can be found at the bottom left of each store page. To access more information about a product, click on the image, the name of the product, or "more info" and you will be taken to the item's product detail page.

Using The Shopping Cart

To place a product in your shopping cart, select the following preferences for your goal: Backboard Material, Height-Adjustment, Rim, Edge or Pole Padding and quantity, and then click the "add to cart" button on the right side of the product detail page. Use the "return to shopping" button to continue browsing, or click "check out" to complete your order. Remember, by clicking the link in the upper right-hand corner of your screen, you may view your shopping cart at any time. This allows you to add, change or delete items whenever you like. Please note: an e-mail address is needed to place an order online. If you do not have an e-mail address, you can place your order with one a Goalsetter Customer Service Representatives at 1-800-362-4625.

Purchasing

When you're ready to complete your order, be sure to review all of the items you've placed in your shopping cart. If you decide that you do not want a particular product, check "Remove." Once you have all the items you wish to purchase, click the "CHECKOUT" button.

Shipping and Billing

Once you've clicked "CHECKOUT," you'll need to provide your billing and/or shipping information, (be sure to note: billing address must be entered exactly as it appears on your credit card statement). We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, and Goalsetter Systems Gift Certificates. If you're paying with a credit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes. If you're using a Gift certificate please contact Goalsetter Systems at 1-800-362-4625 for assistance with your order.

Review and Place Your Order

Be sure to review all of the information you provided, and make any necessary changes before clicking the "Submit" button. Once you place your order, you will see a confirmation page with your confirmation number. We will send you a confirmation e-mail message when your order ships.
